Once a service agreement has been executed and services have commenced, refunds will generally not be issued. The language of the arbitration shall be English. The decision of the arbitrator(s) shall be final and binding on the parties and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights.
